POLLINATION
Self-fertile — one plant crops on its own

Pollination

Most are self-fertile; a few ('Clementine', 'Honey') set more and seedier fruit with a second citrus nearby, or fewer seeds if isolated.

Growing it

Zones 8b-11 - among the more cold-tolerant citrus. Naturally small trees that do well in large containers. Satsuma is the hardiest, to about 15 F when established.

Chill and pollination are given at the fruit-type level; specific cultivars can differ. Values are typical ranges for home-garden planning.
